What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

     For orders below $50, shipping for your entire order is $5.00.

     For orders of $50 or more, shipping is free.

Check our Find a Store page. You may discover a wonderful shop near you that already carries Tickle Cards. Yay! 

If you know a perfect shop to carry our cards, feel free to tell them about Tickle Cards and why award-winning, handmade Tickle Cards would be perfect in their store. If you email us their contact information, we will gladly reach out and maybe you’ll have a store near you that carries Tickle Cards soon!

What payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We use PayPal to process payments. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. You do not need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card. Your payment can be processed as a guest.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

For your peace of mind and ours, we chose PayPal to process payments. PayPal is one of the world’s most widely used and trusted payment gateways. Your personal payment and credit card information is processed entirely by PayPal.

How long will delivery take?

We typically ship within one to two business days of order placement.

Your card(s) ship from just outside of Portland, Oregon. We use first class mail for 1-9 cards and USPS Priority for 10+ cards. USPS says that their first class mail takes an average of one to three days, and, of course, once it leaves our hands, delivery time is out of our control.

For your own peace of mind, we suggest you add an extra day or two to your estimates. We hope by setting expectations that way you may be happily surprised if your cards come sooner. 

Where do you ship?

Currently our online store ships within the USA. 

What exactly happens after ordering?

You will receive an email detailing your order. We will get your cards ready to ship to you within 1-2 working days. USPS will carry your card package from the vicinity of Portland, Oregon to the shipping address you provided. You will smile when you open the package and see your handmade cards. Your friend,family member, loved one, co-worker or other lucky card recipient will feel as special as they are when they open a Tickle Card from you.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You will receive an email receipt detailing your purchase that you can retain for your records. You will already have paid for your purchase through PayPal.

Tell me about cards with Hand Deliver seals.

A few Tickle Cards feature fragile items, like dried flowers, clover or kibble, that can crumble when an envelope runs through rollers at the Post Office.

Some lovely Tickle Cards feature organza bags filled with real spices, lavender, wedding rice or metallic red heart confetti. These organza bags, tied with satin ribbons, are just a touch thick for the 1/4″ slot the Post Office uses to determine what will fit between the rollers.

For special cards like these that are too fragile or thick for the Post Office’s rollers, we suggest hand delivery, or that you package your card protectively for mailing.
